In today's episode special guest Guy "Quadro" Cisternino is in the studio. Guy is a bodybuilder, coach, 7x IFBB Pro champ, 7x Olympian and has been in the industry for 20+ years. As of this past weekend, Guy has retired from competing and this is his first interview following his retirement announcement. He goes into details on why he decided to retire. This episode is full of amazing conversation about Guy's experience playing high school football which led him to fall in love with body building. He then became passionate about competing and wanted to turn that into a career.
