In today’s episode, Emily suggests that you identify the things in your life that are making you numb. We’ve allowed technology and society to steal our attention and focus. We aren’t connecting as much with each other in person as we used to. Instead we’re connecting with a screen. You may not realize you are numbing yourself. You may not realize that you’re not being your full self. It’s time to identify these things, turn them off, even for a moment and be present. Sit with yourself and awaken the parts of yourself that you have numbed for so long. What are the desires of your heart? What are your dreams? Are you on autopilot? Stop numbing yourself and be brave enough to feel. That’s today’s message.
